Final Sale Policy

All items purchased are final sale, which means we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This applies to all products, including:
- Holiday sales
- Site-wide or product-specific flash sales
- Items purchased using discount codes
We will, however, correct any mistakes made on behalf of our company.

If the product you received is defective or not what you ordered, your order may be eligible for a return or exchange.

To request a resolution, please email info@alphawhiskey.com with:

Your order number
Your full name and email used on the order
A description of the issue (original product ordered vs. product received, including style, design, color, and size)
A clear picture of the product(s) showing the defect or incorrect item

We apologize for the inconvenience and will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to adjust the price retroactively or apply missed discount codes.
Please ensure all order details, including discount codes, are entered correctly before submitting.
Only one discount code may be applied per order. This includes free shipping codes.
